First, the novice enters the nursing field as an aide gaining quite valuable exposure but not an actual qualification in writing. With this much practical training you get to have a forward placement in your BSN application. Since your resume reads quite well in terms of experience, you become quite a favored student. With your LPN papers already in the portfolio, you will still have to put another year into study in order to make it for the degree.

With an LPN qualification, you may be required to work under a physician, who will supervise your coursework in part. The student will however be subject to a very minimum number of tasks since they are not in essence properly registered to handle all tasks of a nurse. The BSN goes on for four years and is accepted as a valid qualification in all medical institution. Most people who have attained both the BSN and the ADN will find that getting a job is quite easy as they have all the bases covered.

Once you have obtained your degree you are guaranteed of a satisfying job that is well paying as well. You can then be able to care for people and inspire confidence in them both with your actions and qualification. The nursing world being quite scarce of trained individuals, you stand a sure chance of bagging any job you have already planned for.

Once you have attained the BSN you can then arrange for a course that will help you attain your Registered Nurse papers. With the BSN, you are prepared for research and leadership.
